LG1 DESIGNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing, using content or ordering products from LG1Designs, and retain a copy of these Terms & Conditions and your order form for future reference.  We may modify the terms of this Agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on www.LG1Designs.com.  LG1 Designs may make modifications to products or designs offered on www.LG1Designs.com, or to the applicable prices at any time, without notice.  Your use of www.LG1Designs.com following any such modification constitutes your agreement to the terms of the modified Agreement. You should visit this page periodically to learn of any changes to this Agreement.

Custom Orders & Estimates

LG1 Designs creates all products according to the information supplied by the customer.  LG1 Designs is not responsible for any spelling or typographical errors made by the customer during the ordering and approval process.  All custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, as it is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that the content of the proof meets their expectations.  Once the order is in production, the order cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled.   

When an order is placed, a proof will be provided via email.   If more than two changes to the proof are made, an additional $20.00 charge per additional proof will be added to the order. 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website.  Some image colors may appear slightly different in person than as they appear online.  We size artwork based on the design of the products and print location ordered.  It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ask any questions regarding color rendering and image design prior to ordering product.  LG1 Designs is not responsible nor has any control of the color rendering of each image displayed on www.LG1Designs.com.  If additional pieces are ordered at a later date, LG1 Designs cannot guarantee that any materials will be an exact match in color or appearance from the original order, due to updates in color ways.  A variation of colors from one order to the next of the same product is normal.  If you need any assistance or have any questions, please contact us at (623) 512-1561.

Customers may submit their own artwork for logos to us for use in their order.  No business logos may belong to a competitor of LG1 Designs.  That the artwork must be submitted in .eps or .ai format.

Performance Product Warranty Disclaimer

All graphics are professionally made with the highest quality materials.  LG1 Designs is not responsible for any damage to product surface of which items are being applied to during or after installation, pre-application surface preparation or removal.  LG1 Designs is not responsible for improper or negligent application techniques which result in less than desirable results, some of which may be, but not limited to:  wrinkles, bubbles, over-stretching, incorrect surface preparation, incorrect positioning and more.  Results may vary based on individual application skills, abilities, environment, temperature and other unforseen factors in which the above mentioned have no control.  If the customer is uncertain as to the decal installation, surface preparation, or other procedures, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to seek assistance from a knowledgeable or qualified source, including LG1 Designs.  Also, see our installation directions.  Of course, if LG1 Designs has made any errors, please call us immediately. 

Payment Terms

All orders are required to be paid prior to printing.  The customer agrees that all information provided is accurate.  LG1 Designs is in no way responsible for paying any charges that the customer incurs when making purchases via Credit Card or Check.  There are no refunds and all sales are final.  Your credit card may be charged at any time after the order has been approved.  All payments must clear before any job will be printed.  For orders in the United States, LG1 Designs currently accepts:  MasterCard, Visa, Money Orders, Certified Checks, or personal checks.  For International orders, LG1 Designs only accepts:  MasterCard and Visa credit cards.

Product Shipping Policies and Delivery Information

Domestic orders, including Canada, are usually shipped via UPS.  All International orders will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.  If your order arrives and its shipping container appears damaged, notify that particular freight company immediately and keep all packaging and contents.  LG1 Designs will assume no responsibility for issues with shipping, including but not limited to delivery errors, International Customs issues and lost packages.  UPS will attempt to deliver packages for three consecutive business days.  If no response is received, the package will be returned to us and the customer will be charged to re-ship the order.

LG1 Designs and other names, logos and icons identifying LG1 Designs’ products and services referenced herein are trademarks of LG1 Designs.  All other product brand/or company names, logos and various terms used on some artwork are registered trademarks of their respective owners.  These terms and images are used for identification and artistic purpose only.  LG1 Designs is not affiliated in any way with the owners of these trademarks.  All content  included and software used on www.LG1Designs.com is the exclusive property of LG1 Designs and protected by the United States and international copyright laws. Any person requesting 3rd party logo placement on their graphics must get approval from the referenced company. It is not LG1 Designs responsibility to seek such approval. It is the expressed intent of LG1 Designs that any unauthorized use of the aforementioned items by the customer shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.  Any unauthorized use of this website without prior written permission of LG1 Designs is strictly prohibited.  These Terms and Conditions are governed by and in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona and the United States of America, without giving effect to any principle of conflicts of laws.  Any action to enforce these Terms and Conditions will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and the parties hereby agree to personal jurisdiction of these courts.  By accessing this website from any location outside of the United States, you accept full responsibility for compliance with all local laws.  You are also subject to any United States export controls and any violations of applicable embargoes or other federal rules and regulations restricting exports.
